Professionally, Mr Reich spent 15 years working in the energy industry, particularly with Shell, where he contributed significantly to the company's strategic operations and growth. After transitioning from the energy sector, Mr Reich spent another 15 years as a partner at the renowned Boston Consulting Group (BCG). His experience in consulting allowed him to sharpen his problem-solving skills and further deepen his expertise in corporate management and business strategy.
