Manfred Zwinger
Manfred Zwinger, Executive Director
Manfred Zwinger, an experienced finance and banking executive with extensive expertise in corporate governance. Since 2026 he is supporting Karin Emprechtinger as the second Excecutive Director.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions across Austria’s financial sector and has successfully managed complex financial and transformation projects and since 2024 he has been working as Senior Expert for Special Servicing and Restructuring at Austria Wirtschaftsservice Gesellschaft mbH (aws).
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Manfred Zwinger has served on numerous supervisory boards and in managing director positions, bringing substantial expertise in governance, strategic transformation, and financial stewardship.
With decades of experience at the intersection of finance, innovation funding, and organizational transformation, Manfred Zwinger brings strategic expertise that strengthens the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation’s mission of advancing transatlantic cooperation.
