The Foundation at the Milton Wolf Seminar
Milton Wolf Seminar participants.
The Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation is a long-standing partner of the Milton Wolf Seminar on Diplomacy and Journalism - and is once again supporting this important format with great conviction this year.
The seminar was launched in 2001 and has since focused on current developments at the interface of media, democracy and foreign policy.
The Milton Wolf Seminar brings together representatives from international organizations, media houses, technology companies, diplomatic services and academia - as well as a select group of dedicated young scholars whose research interests are closely related to the seminar topics. There is a particular focus on supporting young and emerging voices: Every year, outstanding graduate students are selected as Emerging Scholar Fellows and invited to participate in the event.
This year's theme is: “Ouroboros: The Infinite Loop of Media, Democracy and Diplomacy.”
The Foundation is excited to see so many excellent contributions and thanks all participants for their commitment. Special thanks to the American Austrian Foundation, the Diplomatische Akademie Wien and the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania for making the seminar possible and being the best partners on this topic.
